Mint dressing fruit salad

Fruit salad with mint dressing
- 2 cups Mango diced
- 1 cup Apple diced
- 1 cup kiwi diced
- 1 cup pear diced
- half cup peaches diced
- 5-6 leaves Mint fresh
- 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- half tsp himalayan salt optional
Prepare Fruits for salad
1.Wash all the fruits.Remove the skin of mango and cut the pulp.Remove the pit from peach and dice it.
2.Remove the core and seeds from apple and dice.
3.Cut pear.Remove the skin of kiwi and dice it.
1.Take lemon juice, honey and whisk together.Cut mint leaves.
2. Mix Himalayan salt, cinnamon and mint leaves.
3.Mix all the ingredients together.
4. Mix with the fruits in a bowl.
